Good: No health effects are expected.
Moderate: Unusually sensitive people should consider limiting prolonged or heavy exertion.
Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups: Children, active people, older adults and those with heart or lung disease (like asthma) should limit prolonged or heavy exertion.
Unhealthy: Children, active people, older adults and those with heart or lung disease (like asthma) should avoid prolonged or heavy exertion. Everyone else should limit prolonged or heavy exertion.
